Water Leak Detection

Did a great job with cleaning up our water leak. After calling, they were there in 2 ½ hours. Helped us work with the insurance adjuster, which was a great bonus. The crew worked clean, was courteous and asked questions along the way. Jay, we appreciate Grayson Recovery/Reatoration and the attention to detail, hauling off everything and the follow up. Thank you for taking pride in the work that you do. I would call again but hope I never have another leak. Great company, great service and great staff!

Grayson Recovery Services has been great! They have done repairs to my house twice now after a few slab leaks. Trevor and his team communicated well, worked with the plumber and the insurance company. They repaired drywall, painting, flooring (wood and carpet) and even did a few extra things I needed. They were great to work with and I highly recommend the company. Everyone there has been great!

i was referred to Grayson restoration by my plumber, Mark and J.C. responded promptly and came to my house the same day. the level of professionalism, transparency and overall service was amazing, they were very aware of the impact of the water issue that we were dealing with and made sure we were satisfied with their assessment. they both continued to communicate with me throughout the process with both the mitigation and working with my insurance company. i would highly recommend them to anyone who is dealing with any water damage or mold issues.

Excellent service, communications, and attention to detail. JC and team truly were life savers and I honestly don’t think I’ve had a better experience with a contractor in a long time….if ever. Honestly they will be my first call should I have any restoration or repair needs, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They were fast, on point, were constantly checking in, and delivered a day early. Not sure anyone else could beat them!
